Aussie Style Vegan Burger

Ingredients


1x Gathered Bowl Almond & Turmeric Patty (1/3cup dry Mix)
1x bread bun of choice
1x slice of pineapple
1x Tbsp vegan mayo or sauce of choice
1x handful of baby spinach
3x thin slices of cucumber
3x thin slices of tomato
3x thin slices of red onion
3x thin slices of cooked beetroot


Method

1. Prepare the patty as per packet instructions and slice up all of the burger filling ingredients.
2. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the pineapple slice to the pan and cook until it is beginning to brown on the bottom side. Flip and remove from the pan once both sides are gently browned.
3. Add the patty mix to the pan and cook as per packet instructions.
4. Remove the patty from the pan and add the burger bun sides in face-down on the pan to gently toast. Remove once toasted.
5. Layer up the burger with the mayo, baby spinach, pineapple, beetroot, tomato, cucumber, red onion and the patty. Enjoy immediately.
