Orecchiette with Polenta & Garlic Patties in a simple Tomato Sauce
Super easy to make and ready in no time 

1x cup of The Gathered Bowl's Polenta & Garlic Pattie Mix
1xonion (diced)
1xlarge carrot (grated)
1x medium zucchini (grated)
1x400g can diced tomatoes (if you want it very saucy you can use more)
Season with salt & Pepper
1small bunch fresh basil
1 Tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
1x500g Orecchiette (or your favourite pasta)

Make 1 cup of dried Polenta & Garlic Pattie Mix as per
packet instructions. Sit for 5 minutes then form small
patties and fry (around 2cm diameter). Once cooked set aside.
While making the sauce cook your pasta as per packet instructions.
Fry onion, add carrot & zucchini and cook for 5 mins
then add can of tomatoes and let the sauce simmer for
15 mins. Add fresh basil and sugar (optional). Season
with salt and pepper then add cooked pasta to the
sauce. Add your favourite cheese and serve.
