Organic - Cane Sugar Free - Vegan Options 

This is our darkest chocolate at 60-75% min cacao. This rich silky chocolate is beyond yum! Making it rather hard to stop eating!! 

We know that some people have different preferences & dietary requirements when it comes to sugar alternatives. You can use from your pantry either: Agave Syrup, Rice Malt Syrup, Honey, or Maple Syrup. Any of these liquid sweetener options will make a delicious, decedent chocolate . 

You can also adjust the amount of sweetener that is used, so your chocolate is perfect for you every time. A chocolate you can truely make your own!

You will need

 • A liquid sweetener. We can recommend...
   Maple Syrup (4-5 tbsp) or
   Rice Malt Syrup (4-6 tbsp) or
   Honey (4-5 tbsp) or
   Agave Syrup (2-3 tbsp)

Method

 • Melt cacao butter in a double boiler - for instructions see photographs marked 2 to 7. *TIP : to ensure water doesn't enter the inner vessel make sure the inner vessel is taller than the base vessel. If water enters the inner vessel with the cacao butter in may cause the chocolate to split.

• Using a whisk, mix your liquid sugar alternative into the melted cacao butter.

• Remove from double boiler & mix in cacao powder until smooth.

• Pour into vessel(s) lined with baking paper, or chocolate moulds & set in freezer for 20 min or in fridge in approx 1.5hrs.

• Best stored in the fridge & consumed within a week (but if you are anything like us it won't last that long!).

Makes the equivalent of three 80g pre-made blocks of organic chocolate.
