This scrumptious pattie packs a punch in both the nutrition and flavour stakes. One might think the mungbean is the hero of this pattie but the chilli and fennel stand their ground to create this flavour filled plant based pattie. Try to stop at one!
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a simple salad, on a wrap, in a burger, with Roasted veg or on a tasting platter with your favourite dip, sauce or mayo.

Method
• Mix 1/3 cup dry pattie mix & 1/3 cup water & mix well (equal parts pattie mix & water).
• Let it sit for 10 mins.
• Spoon mixture into oiled fry pan.
• Shallow fry until golden brown on each side.
• Serve with salad & your favourite mayo or dip.
Makes the approx 4-5 medium sized patties.
