Our mouthwatering Beetroot, Dill & Lentil Patties are a nutritious and delicious plant-based delight that will tantalize your taste buds and nourish your body! Not only does dill, sesame & chickpea complement the earthy sweetness of beetroot the ingredients used are organic and nutrient dense.
This Beetroot, Dill & Lentil Pattie Mix makes a great meal when you are short on time. Just add boiling water, wait 5mins then fry. Serve with a salad, in a wrap or on a burger.
Our Mixes keep it in the pantry until needed and you only need to make up as much as you need. Store any remaining dry ingredients in an airtight container until needed again.

Method
• Mix 1/2 cup dry pattie mix & 1/3 cup boiling water & mix well.
• Let it sit for 5-10 mins (have a cuppa!).
• Form patties with damp hands.
• Shallow fry until golden brown on each side.
• Serve with salad & your favourite mayo or dip.
Makes the approx 4 smaller sized patties (one serve).
