Small Batch Pink Gum Honey 500g
Pink Gum is only found in South Australia and is highly sought after by those who know about it. It can be several years between flowerings and is definitly not an every year honey. It pairs well with camembert and brie which makes it an ideal honey for a platter and is versatile enough for use in both hot and cold drinks.
